HYROX is a global indoor fitness race combining 1km runs with functional workout stations—repeated eight times. The format is the same worldwide, creating global leaderboards and a season-ending World Championship. Designed for both elite athletes and everyday competitors, HYROX is the sport for everybody.
Our HYROX classes are built to prepare you for race day while improving your overall fitness, stamina, and performance. We train all HYROX movements in a variety of formats to keep sessions engaging and ensure you’re ready for every part of the event.
