Lakeside teens is a structured strength & conditioning class designed to build strong, confident athletes—teaching proper lifting technique, developing explosive power, and instilling the mindset to lead from the front in sport & in life.
This program is the perfect complement to your teen’s main sport & something to keep them moving forward during their off-seasons. They’ll learn how to move efficiently, build strength, and support long-term joint health.
We’ll also dive into nutrition and the foundations of an athlete’s mindset — because a strong mind and a capable body are the ultimate advantages in sports!
